Ken is a retired Partner and co-founder of Atkins David LLC. Beginning in 1993, he concentrated his practice in workers’ compensation on behalf of employers, both big and small, and their insurance companies/third party administrators. Ken developed a related practice of Workplace Crisis Management and authored a workers’ compensation manual entitled Employer’s Guide to Workers’ Compensation Claims in Georgia. He also published a comprehensive step by step analysis of multiple scenarios for addressing Medicare issues in workers’ compensation including Medicare Set-Aside Allocations (MSAs) and conditional payments.
Ken received his B.A. degree with Honors from Brown University in 1990. He earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1993.
After three decades of zealously advocating for his clients and building a thriving law firm, Ken retired from practicing law in April 2025. He is now enjoying more time with his family and conquering ultra-marathons all over the country.
