James is an associate attorney at Atkins David LLC. He concentrates his practice primarily in the area of workers’ compensation defense, representing employers, insurers and third party administrators with claims throughout Georgia.
James is a graduate of the Emory School of Law. His area of study focused primarily on Transactional Law. Before his career in law started, James earned his B.A. in Political Science from Francis Marion University. He worked in the political field working for a Congressman from his home state of South Carolina and working in the Georgia Senate Democratic Caucus in Georgia.
Outside the law, James loves sports, specifically watching Tottenham Hotspur Football Club in the English Premier League. James is also likely to be found attending wrestling shows at any venue within Georgia.
