Ken David & Associates is adding to its team this month by welcoming two new key members: Michael Memberg, who rejoins the practice as an associate, and Pam Daily, who has been appointed the firm’s bookkeeper.

Michael brings great depth of experience in building a strong defense for clients in workers’ compensation and general liability claims. He has also helped insurers aggressively pursue recovery of subrogation liens. A graduate of Mercer University School of Law, Michael has spoken at several seminars, published articles and provided commentary in media, and actively served in the workers’ compensation section of the Atlanta Bar Association. Through his involvement in the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta, he prepared a guide to help non-profit organizations understand and protect themselves from workers’ compensation issues.

Pam Daily is familiar to many KD&A clients, as she has worked with the practice as an independent contractor since 2008. This month, she becomes the firm’s full-time bookkeeper and will provide office administration leadership as well. Pam has nearly 25 years experience in accounting and bookkeeping, including several years as staff accountant at a Fortune 100 credit and collections agency. She holds a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Georgia.

We also say goodbye this month to partner Christina Bevill, who has been with the practice since its earliest days. Christina gave birth to a son, Cole, in August, and we wish her and her family the very best as she pursues other opportunities.
