Carie is a graduate of Georgia State University College of Law. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Bachelor of Arts degree in classical civilization, as well as a Master of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of Florida.
Prior to attending law school, Carie was a Director of Development for the Woodruff Health Sciences Center at Emory University and a Director of Development for the University of Florida College of Nursing.
Carie enjoys spending time with her three children and their family dog, Callie.
