We are very pleased to announce that we have added two new attorneys to Ken David & Associates: Timothy A. Raimey, Jr. and Samantha Bily. TJ and Samantha were recently sworn in by DeKalb Superior Court Judge, The Honorable Gregory Adams.

TJ graduated from Georgia State University College of Law where he was an Atlanta Law School Fellowship recipient and member of the International and Comparative Law Societies. While in law school, TJ traveled extensively throughout Eastern Europe where he studied the rules and regulations of arbitration proceedings in various European courts. Prior to becoming a lawyer, TJ was a police officer with the Gwinnett County Police Department for six years and an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps, serving two tours of duty in Afghanistan, as well as a peacekeeping mission in East Timor.

Samantha attended law school at the University of Georgia where she was a Tara Baker Memorial Scholarship recipient and President of the Health Law Society. She attended Georgia State University where she played varsity soccer as a scholar athlete and was a member of the All Academic Team. She graduated from Georgia Southern University’s honors program with a degree in political science. During law school, Samantha worked as a law clerk assisting in the defense of workers’ compensation claims.

Both TJ and Samantha will begin their legal careers at Ken David & Associates in the workers’ compensation section. Both are bright, enthusiastic and talented, and we are very excited to have them join our team!
